Welcome to PMP!


Peek Mountain Productions was established in 1996  when owner Heath Peek first graduated from Montreat College in Black Mountain, N.C.  He had been working with Montreat College & Montreat Conference Center while a student and had put together events for the likes of Michael Card, George Beverly Shea, Twila Paris,  and countless other smaller bands while working with his wife Queen who was the Student Activities Director for the College.  Seeing the strong Christian audience base within the Western North Carolina and upper South Carolina area they began putting together their first events in hopes of launching a large Production and Promotion Agency for the Southeast.

Things went smoothly, however financial struggles forced Heath to accept a position with The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa in Asheville, N.C. in 2000.  While working at the Inn, in several different capacities, Heath had the oppotunity to work with several secular groups and gained knowledge of the music and recording industry from several seasoned professionals at the Resort and countless music industry leaders.  

In 2009 Heath decided to focus all his efforts on developing PMP into the Southeast powerhouse Agency that it is sure to become.  Our future goals include the development of a major Christian Music Festival in the Western North Carolina Area, the development of a yearly Christmas Charity Concert to promote local ministries, and working with local churches to develope the third day of Bele Chere into a successful, Christian music and event filled day.
